How much is a will?

It depends. A will is one piece of an estate plan, and the right plan turns on your family, your assets, and what you want done. We can't price work we haven't scoped, so we don't quote until we understand your situation. Once we do, you get a clear estimate of the work and the cost. Every plan is built to fit the person in front of us.

It starts with a conversation. We learn your family, your assets, and what you want to happen, then build a plan to match. Before any work starts, you'll know what it involves and what it costs. You decide with the whole picture in front of you.
Is the first appointment free?

Generally, no. The first meeting is real work with the attorney based on the pre-meeting questionnaire we ask you to complete, so we bill for it. We're plain about cost. When you call to schedule, ask how the first meeting is billed, and we'll tell you before you book.
